The 8th Xiamen International Animation Festival will be relocated to the main exhibition halls of the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center, covering a total area of 21,000 square meters.

The animation festival will have a new highlight with its animation game exhibition, which aims to promote the animation game industry and boost the communication of animation game-related enterprises and talents.

The award ceremony of the 2015 National Animation Game Design Competition for University and College Students will be held during the animation festival in Xiamen.

According to the organizing committee, 9 awards will be set up for the Cyber Sousa Xiamen 2015, and the prize money amounts to up to 3 million yuan.

Sousa, which is the Latin name of the Chinese white dolphin, is the only first-grade National Protected Animal in Xiamen.

A series of cosplay activities will be arranged during the festival.
