KLM expected to fly daily between Xiamen & Amsterdam

Huang Qiang, the deputy mayor of Xiamen, met the Vice Chief Executive Officer and the CEO of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines on August 25. The two sides had a meaningful conversation and reached a consensus on deepening strategic cooperation between Xiamen and KLM. 
Huang said that the load factor in Xiamen has been growing rapidly since the Xiamen-Amsterdam air route was opened 3 years ago. The excellent operating results and good reputation has fully demonstrated that it was a good decision to establish a cooperative relationship between the Xiamen government and KLM. The Xiamen government decided to develop further cooperative projects with KLM and has continued the development of the air route between Xiamen and Amsterdam. 
He Qianglei said a total of some 200,000 passengers have flown on the Xiamen-Amsterdam airline in the past 3 years, and that both sides are full of confidence for future cooperation. 
Besides, the Xiamen government and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will continue to strengthen their cooperation in many areas. A daily flight flying between Xiamen and Amsterdam is expected to be opened in the near future.
